• Rules for packing, sealing, and posting
• Methods of address
• Post boxes and post bags
• Duties of letter box peon
• Official postal articles
• Prohibited postal articles
• India Post products and services (mails, banking, remittances, insurance, stamps, business)  

2. Postal Manual Volume V

• Definitions and key terms related to postal operations
